Before you all get excited you can’t actually use facetime for ipad on your current 1st gen ipad but maybe one day you’ll be able to. A reader over at iPaDevice has found that the facetime app in iOS 4.3 beta 1 contains support for the ipad and he has figured out a way to get it running. Although not fully functional we’re at least getting a glimpse of what Facetime will look like on the iPad 2. If facetime ever becomes functional on the 1st gen ipad we’ll be sure and let you know so stay tuned.
